Judge Kavanaugh's Poor Denial

"I have never done " is the present perfect tense. Note "present" tense. "I never did " is the past tense. Technically, he's talking "present" tense when it is a past event. This would be a past tense denial, "I didn't assault the accuser." Poor denial = allegation is alive. #AuthorJoeKoenig

Judge Kavanaugh's Poor Denial

A poor denial by Judge Kavanaugh. A good denial would have been, "I didn't assault Christine Ford." Simple, precise, and clear. The fact he didn't give a good denial keeps the accusation alive.
