Your senses only give you what is sensed. Our brains use our biases and prejudices to interpret the input from our senses. You “sense” what you’re programmed to “sense.” We need to be “rebooted” occasionally to really sense what is going on around us. This makes for a strong argument to expose ourselves to different paradigms, so we can better interpret what our senses present to us.
We need to "reboot" ourselves occasionally in order to really sense what is going on around us. Our biases and prejudices keep us from seeing, hearing, in short "sensing" what is reality. We need to continuously evaluate ourselves and compare what we see to what others see to help determine if our predispositions are keeping us from our true potential. We need to force ourselves to read, listen, and watch media that exposes us to diverse thinking and beliefs. Let's train ourselves to better "sense" what is really there instead of what our biases and prejudices tell us is there.
